''The care we provide at Bushmount Nursing Home is characterized by respect for the residents, respect for their values, and respect for their expressed needs. Our care is guaranteed by communication with the residents and their families, by providing physical comfort, emotional support, and alleviating any fear or anxiety that may exist. Our ethos is that the resident is the most important person. ''
